12. Artichoke

Artichokes are a super food loaded with folic acid, vitamin C, manganese and biotin. Artichokes are one of the best foods to burn your fat. Artichokes contain cynarin, a compound which helps to improve liver function and enhance fast weight loss.

Artichokes are rich sources of dietary fiber and help to improve the digestive process and give you relief from bloating, digestive disorders and bowel syndrome. Artichoke includes dietary fibers that gives you the feeling of fullness and prevents you from overeating. It is low in calories and includes lots of fiber.

      1.      Steam few artichokes in water, chop it and spread some extra virgin olive oil, black salt and black pepper powder on it. Consume this appetizer twice a day, in the morning and evening. You can also add some fresh lemon juice to improve the taste.


13. Ginger

Ginger is the greatest food to boost metabolism naturally. It has gingerols, which contains anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibacterial and antipyretic properties, it supports gastrointestinal motility. Add fresh ginger to improve the taste of the meals without adding calories.

1.      Mix 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger paste with 1 tablespoon of lemon, and consume this mixture 30 minutes before and 10 minutes after lunch and dinner. This will also improve you digestion.

2.      Prepare 1-2 teaspoon fresh ginger paste and add it to the boiling tea (boil it for four-five minutes), then add 1 tablespoon of honey to it instead of sugar. Do not boil honey with tea, add it later on. Drink this tea two-three times a day.
3.      Add ginger paste in the vegetables and chicken soups.

Mint leaves or peppermint is very good for weight loss. Mint helps to burn the body fat by discharging extra bile from gallbladder. It has detoxifying properties, which cleanse the body by removing harmful toxins. Mint has some fat burning properties, the peppermint tea can speed up the digestion a bit, hence you can burn more calories and utilize your food better, and Green tea is beneficial for weight loss as well.

1.      Take 15-20 fresh mint leaves and rush them to make paste of it, add pinch of black pepper and 1 tablespoon of honey to it, mix them well and consume this mixture daily in the morning and in the evening on an empty stomach.

2.      Mix 1-2 teaspoon of fresh mint leaves paste with glass of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Drink this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach.

3.      Add 1 teaspoon of fresh mint paste to your regular or herbal boiling tea. And drink the tea; do this three times a day.


Make delicious mint chutney

Ingredients

1 big bowl of fresh mint leaves
1 cup coriander leaves or parsley leaves
7-8 garlic cloves
2 teaspoon of fresh ginger paste or chopped ginger
2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
7-8 curry leaves
Salt or black salt


Preparation

Mix all these ingredients and grind them to make paste of it, add salt to improve the taste, you can also add some black pepper powder in it. Use enough water to make smooth chutney. Spread this chutney on the bread, sandwiches or eat it with chapattis. Add the mint chutney in your regular diet to cut your belly fat. Store the remaining chutney in the refrigerator; finish it within 3-4 days.



15. Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes are rich sources of fiber, which promotes healthy weight loss by increasing fullness and prevents hunger after meals. Consumption of additional 15-20 grams of fiber a day can help reduce consumption of foods by 10-15 percent and helps in weight loss. Other best source of fiber includes oat bran, dates, avocados and artichokes.

      1.      Take 2-3 glasses of water and add 2 tablespoon of salt in it. Boil few sweet potatoes in this water. Then remove the water and peel them. Sprinkle some black pepper powder on it and have this in the morning and whenever you are hungry try it instead of other snacks.

2.      Smash few boiled sweet potatoes and mix with chopped onion. Spread 1 teaspoon of olive oil, salt and black pepper on it. Eat this in the breakfast. Try this twice a day to reduce belly fat.
